Dairy
This program
makes payments available to dairy producers
and manufacturers who have been directed
by a public regulatory agency to remove
their raw milk from the commercial market
because of contamination. To find
out if you are eligible, click here...
Payments under this program will be limited to
dairy operations that produced and
commercially marketed milk in the United
States during the period of December 1,
2001, through September 30, 2005.
Each fiscal year, eligible dairy
operations can receive a monthly payment
based on monthly milk marketings, up to
a maximum of 2,400,000 pounds per
separate dairy operation.
